Are you curious about various fungi in your area? Do you love hunting for mushrooms but are unsure what you are looking at? Join Sunriver Nature Center & Observatory and Central Oregon Mushroom Club for a special foraging trip. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to gather mushrooms with a mycological expert and learn to identify local species.
Join us for a guided field trip on Friday, October 6th at 9 am. You will need to provide your own transportation to the foraging site.
This is not a trip specifically looking for choice edible mushrooms, this tour’s primary focus is collecting specimens for the upcoming Fungi Fest and Mushroom Show.
