Join the education staff at Sunriver Nature Center & Observatory on Thursday, August 21st, for the 8th of our 2025 Twilight Talk Lecture Series. This talk will focus on how to use apps such as iNatualist and Stellarium to explore the world around you. After a brief discussion we will embark on our own Guided Nature Walk and put the apps to the test as we explore lake, forest, and meadow habitats. Please dress for the weather.
The evening will begin at 4:00 p.m. with light appetizers and refreshments, providing a great opportunity to meet the presenters and ask any preliminary questions. The lecture will start at 4:30 p.m. at our Pozzi Education Building The lectures will last approximately 45 minutes to an hour and will be followed by a Q&A session.
While donations to support Sunriver Nature Center & Observatory are appreciated, they are not required.
The Sunriver Nature Center & Observatory is located at 57245 River Road, just off circle 3 on the way to the stables and marina.
