Second Tern Thrift Shop is located at 17377 Spring River Road, just a five minute drive from the Nature Center. All proceeds of the Second Tern go to support the Sunriver Nature Center & Observatory.
Second Tern sells excellent, pre-owned merchandise donated by community members and supports Sunriver Nature Center & Observatory as well as local families with emergency assistance when disaster strikes.

Recycling and Disposal Services
The Second Tern will gladly take your good, clean, reusable clothing and household goods, giving them a second life in a new home. As a bonus, you get a charitable donation tax deduction! The Second Tern also provides scrap metal and electronics recycling services.
Items we Don’t Accept
Mattresses, large appliances, damaged and dirty items, guns, vacuums with bags, non-LED lights, Hide-a-beds, sectional couches, magazines, and encyclopedias. Depending on space, we may not be able to accept other items not listed. If the item requires recycling fees (e.g., tube televisions), we ask for a $5-10 donation.
